The goal was lower kWh without fighting operators — dim corridors when idle, full output during picks, and predictable maintenance windows so the GC team could schedule lifts once, not every quarter.
Controls before fixtures
We validated occupancy maps on foot during peak picks, then wired controls so schedules matched reality. Fixture counts followed photometrics — not the other way around.
